Subscribe on-line using credit card:

Cancel automatic monthly credit card billing anytime you wish.  (Do

so a few days before the coming billing, to give time for processing.)

Subscribe by mail and check:

I have wasted too much time related to payment by check – no more checks.

           Refunds

                          For various reasons, no refunds will be issued.  Refunds must be

accounted for in multiple steps/entities, diverting time from trading

and systems performance support.  There are also direct costs.
